PumpHouse is a suite of programs for the testing of pumps, publishing of predicted performance data, and the selection of pumps or impeller sizes for an application.

From data acquisition to publishing, these applications are a complete repository of test data, engineering specifications and product selection.  All data is in a single database with easy search and export functions.

PumpTest runs several different automated tests to gather performance data for a pump.  Results go into a searchable database.

PumpPublisher gathers data from similar pumps and generates a performance curve for publishing data. There are features to filter data, and easily create constant efficiency curves (oak tree curves).

PumpSel uses the data from PumpPublisher to select a pump and impeller for a given rating. The result is a proposal curve and can include series/parallel curves, speed adjustment and multiple curve plotting.

PumpTest
- Customized for different data acquisition systems around the world
- Performs industry standard calculations and produces tabular and graphical output, including DOE testing
- Searchable database makes it easy to compare history of tests on a model of pump
- Users share data and multiple instances can run simultaneously
- One-click starts the test, with completion in as little as 10 minutes, where manual valve operation and recording data can take nearly an hour

- A review, based on an independent auditor in early July, 2019: "Auditor was very impressed with the ability to simultaneously run several tests. We are the first group he has audited that has automatic DOE testing. 'Top notch' were the words he used to describe it."

PumpPublish
- Goal is to gather all similar pump data and generate characteristic operating curves for the pump
- Using database tools, the application gathers and sorts data according to industry standard methods
- Statistical functions to weed out the oddball tests and keep data integrity
- Generate attractive output suitable for publishing in pricing and engineering literature
- Automated methods to generate oak tree curves, constant power or constant NPSH lines
- Data is consistent from the tested pumps, and is also used as an input to PumpSel application
- Can generate a document in 15 minutes, where AutoCAD or manual methods may take hours

PumpSel
- Using data from PumpPublish, select a pump (or diameter for a given pump) for the system requirement
- Data consistent throughout the entire process, minimizing errors
- Shaft deflection and bearing life calculations included, along with a deflection plot
- Adjust efficiency for speed, add multiple pumps and system curves
